双波长聚焦透镜的特点：
Diffractive optics opens unique possibilities to affect only one wavelength. In multi-wavelength light beams the dual wavelength beam combiners are diffractive optical elements used to combine two incident beams with different wavelengths into the same focal point. In order to gain a super imposed spot on a required plane one just have to place a transparent diffractive optical element in the path of the laser beam towards the spot. No doublets are used anymore, only one hybrid diffractive element with microrelief on the plane side （dual wavelength product）. The durability of diffractive beam combiner is far better then two lens system.
此系列的双波长聚焦透镜用作将两种不同波长的光束聚焦到同一焦点上，例如将HeNe激光器的光束（633nm）和CO2激光器光束（10.6um）聚焦到同一焦点。与胶合透镜相比较，具有单镜片实现双波长聚焦的功能，因而能承受更高的激光功率，可靠性及稳定性更高。常用在医疗系统或工业激光系统中。
